Design – we are able to adapt even to the most complex requirements in terms of design. We come up with the kitchen’s design plan containing the placement of every work area from scratch. Our design service includes sizing work spaces according to the characteristics of each unit, creating the necessary technological flow to comply with EU legislation, sizing air evacuation and waste water areas for maintaining public units, as well as coming up with equipment suggestions for the location.
Equipment assembly – our team holds the necessary qualifications and expertise in order to put together a variety of equipment for every restaurant kitchen, whilst abiding to all requirements imposed by the food safety industry.
